About ZeroTouch Support

28 support and phone software reviews from twenty years of running service desks.

Twenty years of running service teams, then this

Before I built anything online I ran support and service operations for two international banks — ABN AMRO and Deutsche Bank — across Europe and in some of the hardest markets there are. Phone queues, ticket backlogs, escalation ladders: that was the job for twenty years.

So when a vendor says its AI agent ‘resolves 80% of tickets’, I know which 20% they mean and what it costs when those land on a human at 2 a.m. This site reviews customer support, business phone and AI voice software from that side of the desk.

What is here

Support software is priced per seat, per minute, per resolution or per number, and often two of those at once. The atlas shows which model each tool uses and where it stings; Price Watch keeps the dated record when a vendor moves a tier.

The four questions a support tool has to answer

Transparency, in three lines

Errors. Wrong per-seat rate, wrong minute bundle, wrong anything — tell me at daniel@aibuildermarketplace.com. Verified fixes ship within 48 hours and every figure carries its source.
Links. Most vendor links pay a commission if you sign up; the price you pay is unchanged. A paid link has never moved a verdict here and will not start.
AI. I draft and translate with Claude and an agent I built. Nothing reaches the page without real use behind it and my own edit on top.
