The per-seat price is only part of it — number rental, outbound minutes and the AI add-ons stack on top, so a call-heavy team's real bill runs above the plan rate. Solid CRM integrations, but model your call volume first. Throughout this review we weigh it against RingCentral.

✓ Pricing re-verified 16 Aug 2026
Lite €19, Starter €25, Essential €29 and Expert €49 per user/mo on annual billing, and Expert needs at least 3 licences. The add-ons are where the bill grows: Power Dialer €15 per user/mo (already included in Expert), Parallel Dialer €39 per user/mo, AI Conversation Intelligence €9 per user/mo. AI voice agents are separate subscriptions: AI Receptionist from €99/mo with 200 minutes, AI Specialist €349/mo with 1,000 minutes, and above 10,000 minutes a month custom pricing CloudTalk advertises as low as €0.15 per minute.
There is a 14-day trial that includes 50 AI voice agent minutes. Note the page quotes us in euros from an EU address while the same page carries a $99 figure for the same AI bundle. CloudTalk told us on 31 August 2026 that this is deliberate rather than a display error: they hold the same number in both currencies instead of converting at the exchange rate, so €99 and $99 buy the same bundle. Confirm the currency at your own checkout. Plans change — always verify the live price on their site.
Correction after re-checking: AI voice agents are priced as separate subscriptions. AI Receptionist starts at €99 per month with 200 minutes included, and AI Specialist is €349 per month with 1,000 minutes. Above 10,000 minutes a month the pricing is custom, and CloudTalk advertises it as low as €0.15 per minute (not $0.50 per minute). Seat plans are quoted in euros on annual billing: Lite €19, Starter €25, Essential €29 and Expert €49 per user/month, with Expert requiring a minimum of 3 licences. Porting is billed on top: €30 per request plus €2 per US local or mobile number and €4 per US toll-free number (re-verified 2026-07-31).
We capture CloudTalk’s own pricing page every month and keep the figures, so this is our record of the page — not a forecast, and not someone else’s summary.
We captured CloudTalk's pricing page in July and August 2026 and re-read it on 16 August 2026. The seat prices are identical in all three: €19, €25, €29 and €49 per user a month on annual billing. The page text around them did change between the two monthly captures, which is the pattern to watch — packaging moves more often than price does here.

Cloud call centre with call routing, analytics and CRM integrations, from €19/user/month on annual billing (Expert €49 needs at least three licences). AI voice agents are separate subscriptions from €99/month for 200 minutes, and number rental plus outbound minutes stack on top of the seat price.

Recurring themes from the buyer-review sites listed at the foot of this page, read in August 2026. We have not run CloudTalk ourselves, so this is other buyers' experience rather than ours. We summarise it here because the complaints are usually the part a vendor page leaves out.
Where the ratings disagree. TrustRadius is the platform to read last, not first. Its CloudTalk reviews are almost uniformly enthusiastic, but the newest written one we could find dates from February 2023 — the sample is from before the AI voice agents and the current packaging existed. G2 and Trustpilot are noisier and much more current, which is where the call-quality and billing complaints live. Where they agree is the mobile app.
CloudTalk has no free tier: the 14-day trial is the only unpaid route, so the real decision is which paid plan. On annual billing the ladder is Lite €19, Starter €25, Essential €29 and Expert €49 per user per month, and Expert carries a minimum of 3 licences — awkward for a two-person desk. The clearest hinge is outbound dialling: the Power Dialer is a €15 per user per month add-on on the lower plans and comes bundled with Expert, which absorbs much of the step up from Essential.
The Parallel Dialer stays an add-on at €39 per user per month. Upgrading the seat tier does not make the AI included. Conversation Intelligence renews at €9 per agent per month after a 30-day AI Analytics trial. AI voice agents are separate subscriptions: AI Receptionist from €99 per month, and AI Specialist €349 per month for 1,000 minutes. Above 10,000 minutes a month there is custom pricing, which CloudTalk advertises as low as €0.15 per minute.
Telephony stays separate too: CloudTalk prices a US local or mobile port at €30 per request plus €2 per number, and a US toll-free port at €30 per request plus €4 per number. CloudTalk told us on 31 August 2026 that porting fees and conditions differ per country and per customer, so read those published figures as the documented US case rather than a universal rate.
Our monthly capture read this vendor's pricing page in July 2026 and again in August 2026, and the amounts were the same both times. We keep watching — the registry records what moves.
The 14-day trial includes 50 AI Voice Agent minutes, and buying a number is the fast path: CloudTalk documents at least one number type in 95 countries with no local address requirement or documentation. Where a number type does require documents, carrier verification can add 1-2 days to processing time. The help centre prices a US local or mobile port at €30 per request plus €2 per number, over 10-14 business days, and lists German national numbers at 37 business days.
It calls a name/address mismatch with the losing carrier the #1 cause of rejected ports, and requires the old line to stay active until the port completes. CloudTalk documents up to 100 kbps per call, calls 1 Mbps per person sharing the connection a good start, and asks you to exclude *.cloudtalk.io from firewall inspection on ports 80 and 443. CloudTalk Go requires Android 12 (API Level 31) or higher and at least 3 GB of RAM, and needs the 'Calling accounts' setting enabled or calls may not ring. It is not distributed via AppGallery, so Huawei users cannot install it.

Both columns come from the same place: each vendor’s own published pricing, read on the date shown in the sources at the foot of this page. We do not average them into a score.

The natural comparison is Aircall or JustCall — other cloud call-center tools. Weigh it against RingCentral on the job you actually need done.

The ex-banker filter — the same yardstick on every review (how we review): My ex-banker filter is simple: does CloudTalk remove a real cost — time, errors, missed revenue — bigger than what it charges?
The seat is €19 to €49 a month on annual billing (Lite €19, Starter €25, Essential €29, Expert €49), and Expert has a three-licence minimum. The bill reviewers describe is higher than the headline because the dialers and AI are priced separately: Power Dialer €15 per user a month, Parallel Dialer €39, AI Conversation Intelligence €9. Power Dialer is already in Expert. Read on 16 August 2026.
They are a separate subscription from the seat. AI Receptionist starts at €99 a month for 200 minutes; AI Specialist is €349 a month with 1,000 minutes included; above 10,000 minutes a month CloudTalk quotes custom volume pricing it advertises as low as €0.15 a minute. The 14-day trial includes 50 AI voice agent minutes, which is enough to test the flow and not enough to test the load.
Both appear on the same page. Read from an EU address on 16 August 2026 the plans and add-ons quote in euros, while the AI bundle also shows $99 for what the euro block prices at €99. CloudTalk told us on 31 August 2026 that this is intentional: they keep the same figure in both currencies instead of converting at the exchange rate, so €99 and $99 are the same bundle. Treat the currency as part of the quote and confirm it in your own checkout rather than converting ours.
Generally yes, since this category is built for it, but the details that bite are timezone handling, how per-seat cost scales as the team spreads, and whether numbers, routing or coverage exist in the countries your people actually sit in. Availability varies far more by country than the marketing pages suggest, so check your specific regions before committing.
