TrackrTrackr Review (2026)

Customer SupportResearched assessment · by Daniel HaketUpdated 2026-09-12

The rating is 4.1 over 56 reviews on 12 September 2026, and the shape says more than the average: 45 five-star, three three-star, one two-star and seven one-star, which is a split verdict rather than a soft middle.

Best for: Shopify stores shipping a few hundred to a few thousand parcels a month that want where-is-my-order traffic off the support desk — one branded tracking page across every carrier, estimated delivery dates, and proactive email, WhatsApp or US SMS updates — and that like the idea of tracking living in Apple and Google Wallet instead of in an email thread.

Pricing (2026)

✓ Pricing re-verified 12 Sep 2026

Four tiers and no free plan, billed in USD every 30 days through Shopify: Basic $10 a month or $96 a year for 400 shipments a month, Standard $45 or $432 for 2,000, Advanced $150 or $1,440 for 9,000 and Enterprise $250 or $2,400 for 18,000. Annual billing saves 20% and every tier carries a 14-day trial. The feature list is identical on all four — branded tracking page, estimated delivery dates, email, WhatsApp and US-only SMS updates, Apple and Google Wallet tracking, Klaviyo, Omnisend, Segment and chatbot integrations, product upsell and translation — so the only thing the ladder sells is shipment volume.

The Shopify listing does not say what happens past your allowance. The vendor's own page does: parceltrackr.com/pricing, read the same day, prints $0.05 per extra shipment on every tier. That number decides whether you upgrade or overrun, because in-plan a shipment costs 2.5 cents on Basic, 2.25 on Standard, 1.7 on Advanced and 1.4 on Enterprise — so an overrun is priced at two to four times what the same shipment costs inside the plan.

The two sources also disagree about the trial: the listing offers 3,000 and 5,000 bonus trackings on Advanced and Enterprise, the vendor page 1,500 and 2,000. Plans change — always verify the live price on their site.

The catch

The reviews name the reason. On 14 June 2026 a merchant wrote that the app was down again and asked for it to be fixed; the vendor replied the next day confirming a service disruption that had since been resolved. For an app whose entire job is the page a customer opens when they are already worried about a parcel, downtime is the failure mode, not an inconvenience. The listing is also careless with its own numbers: it says more than 1,900 carriers in one line and more than 2,200 in another, while the vendor's site says 2,100-plus.

And one advertised feature deserves a straight look before you switch it on — a dropshipping mode that hides the carrier and the Chinese origin of a shipment from your customer. The listing presents it as a selling point; whether your tracking page should withhold that is a decision about your own store, and worth making deliberately.

What Trackr does

Shopify order-tracking app that replaces carrier links with one branded tracking page: estimated delivery dates, email, WhatsApp and US SMS updates, Apple and Google Wallet tracking, 2,100-plus carriers, shipping analytics and product recommendations on the tracking page. No free plan — Basic $10 a month or $96 a year for 400 shipments, Standard $45 or $432 for 2,000, Advanced $150 or $1,440 for 9,000, Enterprise $250 or $2,400 for 18,000, and $0.05 for every shipment above the allowance. The natural comparison is the carrier's tracking page and Shopify's own order status page — Both are free, both already work, and that is the bar this app has to clear. Shopify emails a shipping confirmation with a carrier link and the carrier shows the scans. What $10 a month buys is the part those two do not do: one branded page across every carrier you use, an estimated delivery date, updates pushed over WhatsApp or US SMS before the customer asks, and tracking on the phone's lock screen through Apple and Google Wallet. If where-is-my-order messages are rare, the free pair is enough. The app starts paying for itself at the point where someone on your side answers that question several times a day.

Frequently asked questions

What should I weigh before buying Customer Support software?

Judge it on evidence rather than adjectives. Look for a published security page, single sign-on and role controls on the plan you would actually buy (they are often gated to higher tiers), a status page with real incident history, and a clear answer on where your data is stored. If the tool will hold anything sensitive, those four answers matter more than any feature comparison.
